RESIDENTIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT:

        Thrash Mechanical will provide two (2) automatic, seasonal inspection, cleaning lubrication, adjustment and safety testing of both the Air Conditioning/ Heating System by competent, courteous, trained professionals. The inspection process will keep your equipment operating at it's peak efficiency and is intended to reduce repair costs. By correctly diagnosing and correcting potential problems before they happen, customer down-time is lessened and equipment longevity is increased. Inspections are scheduled with the customer in mind, working with YOU and YOUR needs. We offer our Service Agreement Partners Preferred Service over Non-Contract customers and we offer  a 10% discount on any parts sold (New Equipment is NOT included in the discount plan). We service all brands of equipment. Should repairs be necessary the repairs will be done at Standard Labor rates plus materials. Emergency Service will be done at Premium Rates.

BASIC PLAN COVERAGE:

1 - Central Heating/ Cooling System ( Either a Split System or Heat Pump)

1 - Whole house humidifier (inspection only)

Either

Cleaning of Electronic Air Cleaner/Filter media

or

Labor to Replace disposable filter media (Filter upgrade options available)
